Resetting DWO Data for an Android Device.

There are times when you will want to clean up your local DWO data on an Android Device. Unlike iPhones, where all you need to do is uninstall and re-install, on Android, the files are kept on your storage drive and need to be cleaned up manually.

Follow these steps to do this.

1. Make sure that all pending work has been uploaded. If not, then Upload and verify in the website that all pending work on the mobile device is on the website
2. Make sure again that all pending work has been uploaded that all pending work has been uploaded. If not, then Upload and verify in the website that all pending work on the mobile device is on the website
3. Make sure yet again that all pending work has been uploaded that all pending work has been uploaded. If not, then Upload and verify in the website that all pending work on the mobile device is on the website. After this procedure, your DWO Data on your mobile device will be wiped, and YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECOVER ANY DATA THAT IS LOST – IF YOU HAVENT UPLOADED IT.
4. Delete the DWO App. Long press the application icon, or drag it to the uninstall bucket in your Android Device. Unistalling on Android is different for every device – uninstall it according to how your device uninstalls any application.
5. Open your File Manager Program. File manager programs are different for every Android Device. Open the File Manager program for your device.
6. Look for the folder named “DigitalWorkorder”, and rename it to “DigitalWorkorder.old”
7. Reinstall DWO from Google Play.
8. Log In
9. The procedure is complete
